Startup Chile is a great program by the Chilean Govermnet to attract the best talent and entrepreneurs across the world to bootstrap their business.

India, instead of hurling away talented innovators and entreprenerus from other countries

through the tough bureaucratic processes should start similar programs to make our country a

hub of innovation and entrepreneurship.

India should have a dept of entreprenuership headed by a successful entreprenuer

(like Nilekani heading the UID project) and backed a group of innovators, technologists, venture capitalists to develop a ecosystem that is favorable for the growth of entrepreneurship in our country.
